As a Remote Telephone Interviewer, you’ll:
- Conduct engaging telephone interviews from the comfort of your home
- Speak with members of the public and business professionals
- Gather opinions and insights for important research projects
- Record responses accurately using online survey systems
- Work towards achievable targets and quality standards
- Build rapport and keep conversations flowing naturally

- Telephone interviewing experience
- B2B (Business-to-Business) market research experience
- Experience working in a professional or corporate environment
- Customer service, call handling, or contact centre experience
