Ipsos is one of the world’s leading market and opinion research companies.

We are trusted by the public, the business world and government to provide insight into what makes people tick. Our work covers a huge variety of important research.  Ranging from nationwide opinion polls on current affairs or voting intention to focussed information gathering, like customer feedback surveys, the media we consume and government research.

If a decision needs to be made, Ipsos will be there to make sure that our clients have their finger on the pulse and are acting with the most up to date and accurate data. Working to the Ipsos core values of Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Client First and Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Our teams of Interviewers work nationwide speaking to the public face-to-face or from the comfort of their own homes in our Virtual Call Centre to make sure that everyone’s opinion is counted.

Ultimately, success comes down to a simple truth:
"You act better when you are sure"

Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Within Ipsos' Offline Data Collection team, we are a dedicated group of professionals specialising in gathering crucial data and insights through traditional, non-digital methods.

We focus on connecting directly with people through face-to-face interviews and telephone conversations, ensuring diverse representation and in-depth understanding. Our work is essential for capturing the nuances of public opinion and market trends, especially from those who may not be reached through online surveys. We are passionate about giving a voice to everyone and contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the world around us. At Ipsos, we are proud of the world-leading research that we carry out for our clients.

As an Ipsos Market Research Interviewer, you will carry out your work according to the company’s five core values: Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Client First, and Entrepreneurial Spirit. These values guide everything we do and ensure we are always delivering the best possible data that includes the views of everyone.

At Ipsos I love the diversity of the people who work with us and how much that mirrors the diversity of people and opinions that we hear every day from the people we talk to. Being passionate about people and respecting their opinions are key to how we work with Integrity at Ipsos.

This also helps us to change and evolve as we all work very closely together across our teams to deliver world class data and insights for our clients. As an interviewer with Ipsos you will be working on projects that impact the public and private sectors, whether that being to help shape policies or give customer intelligence to help improve services that we all use.

So join us in a role where no two days are ever alike and enjoy some fun with us along the way.

Maria Luther, Head of Field UK, UK Operations

I joined Ipsos in 1997 and can genuinely say that although the technology and type of surveys we work on has changed over the years, the collaboration and drive of our teams to provide gold standard, quality data for our clients has remained the same.

The research we do, and the data our interviewers go out and collect every single day, influences many decisions that impact every single one of us in the UK. Our face to face interviewers are able to get people to take part in surveys that won’t – or can’t - participate by other methods. This gives everyone a voice and allows our data to be truly representative of the country we live in.

As Head of Field, I am proud of the fantastic team of interviewers I work with – some for many years – and it is important to me that we continue to work together to shape our future and ensure they are all aware of how their every day contribution leads to the success of our team.
