What Will I Be Doing?

As a Market Research Interviewer at Ipsos, you'll become the voice of the British public, gathering essential data that shapes the future of various industries. Here's a glimpse into some impactful projects you could be a part of:

Influencing Media and Entertainment:

Barb: How do viewing habits influence programming? By measuring television viewership in the UK, you'll directly influence what people watch and how media companies create content. Barb – provides the industry standard television audience measurement service for broadcasters and the advertising industry. Imagine having a say in the next hit TV show!

Shaping Financial Landscapes:

Competition and Markets Authority (CMA): Your role in evaluating the quality of banking services in the UK will contribute to a better banking experience for everyone.

Financial Research Survey (FRS): Contribute to a nationwide understanding of personal finances and demographics through FRS, providing valuable data for economic analysis and policy development.

Shaping the Airwaves:

Radio Joint Audience Research Ltd (Rajar): Play a vital role in measuring radio listenership across the UK, directly informing radio programming and advertising strategies. Your efforts will help shape what people listen to on their daily commute.

Impacting Public Services in Scotland:

The Scottish Household Survey (SHS): is an annual survey of over 10,000 households. It covers a range of different topics including your home, your neighbourhood and your views on local public services.
