You will conduct telephone interviews with business customers across a variety of sectors, gathering high‑quality insights that help shape our clients’ business decisions.
This role offers flexible shift options and the choice to work remotely or from our offices in London (Angel) or Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews using scripted questionnaires.
- Gather accurate, detailed feedback from participants.
- Communicate confidently with customers in the US business environment.
- Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and high‑quality data collection.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience speaking with or servicing American customers (e.g., call centre, customer service, sales, or research).
- Confident computer skills.
- Laptop or PC with Windows 10 or above and a working webcam (for interactive training).
- USB headset with microphone for clear audio.
